Center for Human Pattern Awareness and Systems

Building for the day after tomorrow

What you've been told is a communication problem may actually be a translation problem.

And translation is something that can be learned. Whether you're leading a team that keeps misunderstanding each other, or you've felt misunderstood your whole life, this is the same problem, seen from two different angles.

CHPAS , Two minds, one bridge
💼

For Businesses and Leaders

Your team isn't broken. The translation is missing. Human-safe systems that reduce communication breakdown and uncover the value in your most misunderstood people.

🌿

For Individuals

Stop masking. Decode real-world conflict. Get practical tools built specifically for how your brain works, not how someone else thinks it should.

Human Safe Systems: Start Here

Your team isn't broken.
The translation is missing.

When Neuroinclusive training isn't enough to avoid conflict and negative feedback, it's time to build bridges on both sides of the Neurotype divide.

Watch this short intro before scrolling. It explains exactly why this keeps happening and why standard approaches keep missing it.

Bridging the Divide: Why It Matters for Your Team

What's actually happening

This isn't a soft-skills problem.

It's a specific, learnable gap in how neurodivergent and neurotypical brains send and receive information. Once you can see it, you can't unsee it.

👤

The Misread Performer

Your best performer gets read as blunt, difficult, or not a team player despite exceptional output. Their reviews are either glowing or confusing, never in between.

💬

The Translation Gap

That's not a performance problem. It's a translation problem. The hardest work goes unseen right up until it shows up as a resignation nobody saw coming.

🔑

The Learnable Fix

There's a specific framework for this. Teachable, practical, and grounded in real experience. Not theory.

The Training

Human Pattern Awareness
for Teams

A 4-session intensive with an intro video that gives your team the translation layer they've been missing.

  • IntroBridging the Divide, Part 1: Why the same person gets seen so differently depending on who's watching
  • 1Same Information, Different Doors: How ND and NT brains process and communicate differently
  • 2Same Words, Different Meanings: Reducing breakdown caused by hidden assumption gaps
  • 3Same Intent, Different Cost: Why well-intentioned behaviors can unintentionally affect others
  • 4Bridging the Divide, Part 2: Deep integration, practice sessions, and real-world application

Team training slots are limited. If you're considering this for your organization, a conversation now is worth it.

Common Questions

Before you book a call.

Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither. This is communication and pattern training, the kind that belongs in a workplace learning context, not a clinical one. It's closer to leadership development than therapy, and closer to translation work than traditional coaching. No diagnoses, no treatment plans. Just practical frameworks your team can actually use.

What is neurotype translation exactly?

It's the process of bridging the communication gap between neurodivergent and neurotypical minds. Not about changing how anyone thinks. It's about understanding that the same words, tone, and intent land completely differently depending on how someone's brain is wired, and giving teams a shared language to work across that gap.

What if our team pushes back on this kind of training?

That's one of the first things we cover on a strategy call. This training doesn't require anyone to disclose a diagnosis, adopt new labels, or change who they are. It's framed around communication clarity, which benefits every person in the room. Teams engage when the framing removes blame rather than assigning it.

How is this different from a standard DEI or neurodiversity awareness workshop?

Most neurodiversity awareness training teaches people that ND employees exist and deserve accommodation. This goes further: it teaches the specific communication patterns that create misunderstanding, why they happen, and what to do differently in real conversations. Not awareness training. Skill building.

How long does the training take?

The full program is five sessions including an intro video. Sessions can be delivered as a single intensive week or spread across several weeks depending on your team's availability. The strategy call is where we figure out what format fits your situation best.

"I never realized there were names for what I felt during conversations, nor how common they were. I just thought I was being an angsty teen. The urge to get away during a conversation has always been my biggest problem, and I never really understood why it happened, but the webinar taught me a lot."

"I used to think I was bad at people. Turns out I just never had the manual. Once I understood what was actually happening beneath conversations, the walls going up, the fear underneath the words, the need nobody said out loud, everything changed. Not because I became someone else. Because I finally had a map."

Andrea A. Wentz

Neurotype Translator, Founder, CHPAS

Andrea spent years as a systems and process engineer, the person whose job was to find exactly where things break down and why. Then her own system broke down. What came out the other side was something she didn't expect: that the same pattern-finding brain that mapped industrial processes could map human ones. She's been doing both ever since. The rigorous and the intuitive. The data and the felt sense. Both feet in. No apology for either.
